Change Management Consultant

Position Overview

Join our team as a Change Management Consultant supporting federal transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in organizational change methodologies and the ability to guide agencies through complex transitions while minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and impact analyses
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops
  • Create communications and engagement plans to support adoption
  • Measure adoption and track resistance indicators
  • Provide coaching and support to change champions and leadership
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of change management experience
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Experience with federal transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Instructional design or training development background
