Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic Communications Specialist to support federal agencies in delivering clear, compelling messaging. This role involves developing communication strategies, creating content, and ensuring stakeholder engagement across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans
  • Create content for websites, newsletters, presentations, and reports
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and outreach activities
  • Support change management initiatives through targeted communications
  • Conduct media monitoring and analysis
  • Coordinate events, town halls, and internal communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional communications experience
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal agencies or government contractors
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Social media management experience
  • Video production and editing capabilities
