Program Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex federal programs and drive mission success. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing programs while ensuring alignment with agency objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across all levels
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Produce regular status reports and briefings for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with federal program management standards and best practices
• Lead and mentor program team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of program management experience, preferably in federal sector
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs ($5M+)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience with DoD or civilian agency programs
• Master's degree in relevant field
• Active security clearance
• Agile/Scrum certification
